FARMER’s LABOURER

This position would suit someone with experience in labouring, farm work or a handy-man role, with strong practical understanding.

This position is based in the Southern Downs Region in Yangan, Warwick, and surrounding areas.

Your Role & Requirements:

As a farmer’s labourer for Sustainable® you will be working as part of a family-owned business team. You will pleasure in the opportunity to work on a range of local projects and properties, with a variety of different tradespeople.

You will be required to:

  • Provide your own transport (4WD Ute preferred) and basic tools (to be outlined),
  • Maintain and improve property grounds (e.g., fencing, garden maintenance, repairs, machinery use and upkeep),
  • Have logistics knowledge, as well as a mechanical mind and be task orientated,
  • Work with construction teams on building projects,
  • Have a valid White Card or be eligible to obtain this,
  • And at times, operate small trucks that will require a medium rigid (MR) licence (*preferred, not required immediately)

Full-Time, Casual, and Part-Time positions available to the right applicants.
