The position of Office Administration MYOB Data Entry (Book Keeper) is within a small Design & Construction company based at the Head Office in Brisbane’s western suburbs, Karana Downs (4306). 

This position requires:

  • A minimum of 5 year’s in a similar position using MYOB
  • Have good communication skills
  • To be computer literate, have sound mathematical skills, high administration/organisational skills and be team focused in a small office
  • Be available to work normal hours

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for MYOB data entry for Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • Daily sales and Bank reconciliation in MYOB 
  • Preparing operations reports monthly
  • Maintaining a daily cash flow
  • Administration duties as required
  • Organised office management

Previous experience with using MYOB will be essential. You must be able to work without supervision, handle pressure and work to deadlines. Flexible hours for the right applicant.
